Cockermouth WI have chosen Allerdale COSC as their charity to support in 2019

Allerdale COSC invited the “women’s institute” to look around the centre, meet the members, staff, volunteers, join in some activities and have lunch.
On behalf of everybody at COSC we would like to thank them. A lovely day was had by all and here’s what they had to say. “The committee have had a lovely few hours visiting Allerdale C.O.S.C. (Our charity this year). We saw crafts they make and things they grow. We had a lovely lunch then helped with some baking and met some interesting people. Then presented them with a cheque for £500 (with a promise of more in October).
A good time was had by all. Thanks again
